The benefits of going tobacco-free.

Tobacco can be inherently addictive and using it once could potentially spark a habit that may not be easy to break. Media portrayals and friends may paint a picture that tobacco is a “stress reliever” however this is untrue. Tobacco can bring bouts of anxiety, depression, and even bad skin (which in the age of self-care who doesn't want good skin?!)
The safest thing to do if you smoke is to quit tobacco for good. This includes cigarettes, vapes (JUUL, and other flavored or non-flavored vapor tobacco products) The positives of going tobacco-free are immense, and the effects of quitting are imminent.
Here are a few-

A quick comment-- as I was doing research I noticed that JUUL stated that their tobacco products are an alternative to traditional smoking and “unlike any e-cigarettes and vape.” JUUL is still a dangerous product to use as the ultrafine particles from JUUL can cause significant damage and inflammation of the lungs. ----- (Information was collected from Medical News Today.
